Working with the Aimia Group led me to understand the beauty of loyalty and customer acquisition. Initially loyalty to the UK audience meant Nectar and the smaller companies rewarding customer loyalty and building brand confidence. With Aimia i loved the versatility of the working environment and how i could contribute to the team as an Enterprise BA & Scrum Master.
Purpose for the consultancy included the loyalty platform engine implementation and integration to POS, IBM xTiFY, Urban Airship, Campaign Management and CMS. All of this happened over the span of a year, and definitely one of the many companies for whom it was a tear jerker to say goodbye after successfully consulting for them.
