Working with AIMIA and the American Express we delivered a Next Generation E-2-E Loyalty platform to replace the Nectar scheme.

This covered supplier selection , UX design, Requirements re-engineering, project management, strategy for the UK and EMEA regions.

The platform build was split into multiple channels of Web and Mobile apps, presentation later and a newly built loyalty engine to cater for the “Earn & Spend” mechanism including gamification and e-commerce integration
